Lidia Agosti was an Estonian singer (mezzo-soprano) and music pedagogue born in St. Petersburg on December 14, 1915. She grew up in a family of an Estonian naval officer and businessman. In 1923, her family relocated to Tallinn, where she began her education. Agosti studied singing from 1932 to 1935 and continued her music education at the Warsaw Conservatory and Vienna Music Academy, graduating in 1940. She performed in various operas including 'Traviata', 'Bohemia', 'Rigoletto', and 'Rose Cavalier'. She was active in her field until her passing on November 9, 2014.
