Lia Willems-Martina (1949-2021) was a Curaçaoan politician and member of the Pueblo Soberano party. She briefly served as the Minister of Administration, Planning, and Services in the Schotte cabinet. Willems-Martina held various roles before entering politics, including working for the immigration service and as a clerk at the Court of Justice. She co-founded the Pueblo Soberano in 2003 and was a member of the Staten of the Netherlands Antilles until its dissolution. In 2011, she became a minister but resigned shortly after due to controversies.
