Li Zixian (November 15, 1938 – July 13, 2020) was a prominent Chinese mythologist, folklorist, and professor at Yunnan University. He was born in Jianshui, Yunnan. Li was known for his significant contributions to the study of mythology and folk literature in China, as well as his dedication to the preservation and promotion of ethnic cultures and traditions within Yunnan and beyond.
