Lavina Frances Keough was an American baseball player known for her involvement with the South Bend Blue Sox in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League during the 1945 and 1946 seasons. She pitched for one inning in 1945, wearing uniform number 7. After marrying Edward L. Pierson Jr. in 1945, she had five children and later filed for divorce in 1969. Although the league folded in 1954, Keough is honored in a permanent display at the Baseball Hall of Fame, recognizing the contributions of league players.
