László Káplár was a Hungarian journalist born on December 8, 1952, in Kaposvár. He served as the correspondent for the Hungarian News Agency (MTI) in Pécs and was one of the founders of the newspaper 'Hetedhéthatár.' He contributed significantly to journalism in Hungary until his passing on March 18, 2003, in Pécs.
