Lacy Barnes-Mileham, born December 23, 1964, is a former discus thrower who represented the United States, winning championships in 1988 and 1991. She notably competed in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Barnes holds a Ph.D. in psychology and is a professor at Madera Community College. After her athletic career, she was recognized in the Fresno County Athletic Hall of Fame. She has been married twice, first to fellow athlete Matthew Mileham and later to architect Marvin Armstrong.
