Kyōgoku Kiyō (February 20, 1908 - November 8, 1981) was a haiku poet from Tokyo. He was a pupil of Takahama Kyoshi and the editor of the literary magazine 'Mokuto'. His real name was Takamitsu. Kiyō was the 13th head of the Kyōgoku family of Toyooka and held the title of viscount during his youth. His second son, Kyōgoku Takaharu, served as a former chief priest at Yasukuni Shrine.
