Kuzuhiko Chiyoda (July 10, 1917 - November 22, 2003) was a Japanese haiku poet born in Taichung, Taiwan. His real name was Jiro. He began participating in the haiku group 'Takeguchi' in 1934 and later studied under Suibara Akisakoko. His notable works include 'Tabibito no Ki' which won him the Haiku Association Award in 1964, and the collection 'Mukyo' published in 2003. Chiyoda was known for his phrase 'I write haiku to receive grace.' His famous haiku include 'I sleep after seeing many moons'.
