Kurt Tore Andersen (December 5, 1953 – April 16, 2010) was a Norwegian teacher, author, hymn writer, and Laestadian preacher from Tysfjord, Nordland. He wrote several textbooks in Lule Sami and translated hymns for various hymnals. Notably, Andersen was involved in the translation of the New Testament into Lule Sami, one of the largest projects of its kind in the language. His works contribute significantly to Lule Sami literature and culture.
