Kunihisa Mori (July 10, 1912 - June 26, 1961) was a Japanese politician from the Amakusa region of Kumamoto Prefecture. He served as the mayor of Ryūgaku Town and made significant efforts for the promotion of remote islands across Japan. Mori was instrumental in the realization of the Amakusa Five Bridges project and held various leadership roles, including vice-chairman of the Kumamoto Prefectural Association of Towns and Villages and chairman of the Amakusa Promotion Council.
