He was born on February 27, 1908, in Szczucin and passed away on July 24, 1991, in Oświęcim. Throughout his life, he contributed significantly to music and historical research. Borzędowski was recognized as an honorary citizen of Oświęcim for his contributions to the arts and culture of the region.
