Konstantinos Korkas (January 9, 1921 – May 29, 2022) was a retired Greek Major General and honorary commander of the 1st Army. He served notably in NATO and commanded several military units, including the 1st Army and the 4th Army Corps, where he was the first commander. His military career spanned over forty years, during which he participated in key battles during World War II and the Greek Civil War. Korkas received numerous military honors for his actions in combat before passing away at the age of 101.
