Konstantin Pavlovich Petrov (1923 - 2009) was a Soviet and Russian scientist known for his contributions to the field of informatics and automation. He held the title of major general and was recognized as a candidate of technical sciences. Petrov played a significant role in the informatization of academy systems and served as the chairman of the Presidium of the party policy 'Chănlăh tata Pĕrlĕlenӳ kursĕpe'. He was also a faculty member at the Udmurt State University.
