Kimiyuki Hasegawa (June 25, 1925 - June 15, 2003) was a Japanese screenwriter and art critic. Born in Tokyo, he graduated from Chiba University School of Medicine. He utilized his experience working in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's forensic unit to write screenplays for 24 works in the Toei 'Keisatsu Chō Monogatari' series and the TBS television drama 'Shichinin no Keiji', among others. He also wrote novels that became film adaptations and was known for his work as an art critic.
