Kim Yong-se (born April 21, 1960) is a former South Korean football player. He began his football career with the amateur club Korea Electric Power Corporation, then served in the Republic of Korea Army. From 1982 to 1988, he played as a foundational player in the Korea Republic Football League with Jeju United. In 1989, he moved to Seongnam FC. Notably, he was part of the Korean national team in the 1986 FIFA World Cup.
