Kijū Hayashi (1920 - 1945) was a Japanese naval officer who served during World War II. He was a member of the 69th class of the Imperial Japanese Naval Academy and participated in homeland defense operations as a pilot of the fighter aircraft Shidengai toward the end of the Greater East Asia War. He was posthumously promoted to the rank of naval major due to his death in action.
