Ki-yŏng Chang (1916-1977) was a South Korean journalist, politician, and financier, noteworthy for his contributions to the establishment of the Bank of Korea after liberation. He served as Deputy Governor of the Bank of Korea during the Korean War, aiding in crisis finance management. Chang held significant roles, including president of the Chosun Ilbo, acquiring the Korea Times, and founding Korea Daily in 1954. He was later appointed as Deputy Prime Minister under Park Chung-hee, and was involved in the National Unification Commission and the IOC.
