Kessler R. Cannon, also known as Kess Cannon, was an American radio broadcaster and state legislator in Oregon. He served as a Republican in the Oregon House of Representatives for two terms. Apart from his legislative work, he was an executive at radio station KBND in Bend, Oregon, and worked as an assistant to Governor Tom McCall focused on natural resources. Subsequently, he became the director of the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
