Kerstin Arthur-Nilson, born Kerstin Elisabet Nilsson on January 2, 1931, was a Swedish author known primarily for her children's literature. She wrote poetry and short stories from a young age. She co-founded GA-förlaget in Helsingborg in 1990. Arthur-Nilson was married to dental technician Nils Arthur Nilson from 1952 until his death in 2018, and they had two sons together. She passed away on February 3, 2016. Her notable works include several children’s books published by B. Wahlström and other titles focusing on youth.
