Sir Melvin Kenneth Drowley Porter was a British Air Force officer, who served as Air Marshal from 1966 to 1970. He was the Commander of the RAF Maintenance Command and also led the Engineering Department of the RAF from 1968 to 1970. Acknowledged for his military service during World War II, he was mentioned in dispatches three times.
