Kenjirō Noda (1911-1992) was a Shinto priest and local historian from Hachinohe, Japan. Born in the town of Hachinohe, he worked at Hachinohe Hydroelectric Company and other electric power firms before becoming a Shinto priest at Tenmangu Shrine in 1946 and later at Mihakijō Shrine. As a historian, he researched the Hachinohe Domain Diaries with fellow historian Shu Uesugi, discovering significant historical details about the local area and notable figures such as Masayuki Andō.
