Keishi Ishihara (born March 7, 1943) is a Japanese shooting sports athlete specializing in clay pigeon shooting, and he is also a Shinto priest. He serves as the 84th head priest of the Kobune Shrine in Kanuma, Tochigi Prefecture. He was selected as a Japanese representative for the Olympics twice (1968 Mexico City, 1980 Moscow), but unfortunately, he could not participate in either due to circumstances beyond his control, earning him titles like 'phantom Olympian' and 'the unluckiest man.' His daughter, Naoko Ishihara, also competes in clay shooting and participated in the same event at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
