Kedar Pandey was an Indian politician associated with the Indian National Congress (INC). He served as the Chief Minister of Bihar from 1972 to 1973. Additionally, he was a member of the Lok Sabha from 1980 to 1983. In Indira Gandhi's third cabinet, he held the positions of Minister of Irrigation in 1980, Minister of Railways between 1980 and 1982, and then returned as Minister of Irrigation from 1982 to 1983. He was born on June 14, 1920, in Taulaha, Bihar and passed away on March 25, 1983.
