Katsuhiko Takedomi (January 10, 1946 - November 26, 2023) was a Japanese farmer known for his production of ancient rice using sustainable farming methods in Saga Prefecture. He was the first Japanese recipient of the Slow Food Award in 2002 from the Italian Slow Food Association, recognizing his contributions to promoting traditional agricultural practices.
