Kan'ichi Fukuda (July 14, 1923 - January 7, 2007) was a Japanese political scientist specializing in the history of Western political thought. He was a professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo. Notably, he was related to prominent figures, including his father-in-law Yasuyoshi Saito, a former board member of Tokyo Bank, and his brother-in-law Akira Saito, former president and chairman of Mainichi Shimbun, along with his sister-in-law Mitsuko Saito, a professor emeritus at International Christian University.
