Kaneti Mohana Rao (December 12, 1928 - June 14, 2014) was an Indian freedom fighter and member of the Communist Party. He was elected to the 1st Lok Sabha in 1952 from the Rajahmundry constituency. Actively involved in communist activities since 1937, he played a crucial role in the agricultural labor movement. He underwent imprisonment during the struggle against the Nizam's regime. He faced electoral defeats in 1962 and 1967. In 2012, he was honored by the Indian government during the first Parliament's diamond jubilee.
