K. Subbarayan, born on August 10, 1947, is an Indian politician and member of the Communist Party of India (CPI). He represents the Tiruppur constituency in the 17th Lok Sabha and has previously served in the 14th Lok Sabha for the Coimbatore constituency. A two-time MLA from the Tiruppur assembly constituency, he has been active in Tamil Nadu politics since the 1980s. Notably, he was part of the Democratic Progressive Alliance during the 2004 elections and has focused on issues like unemployment and water supply in his campaigns.
