Julie Harshbarger (born December 9, 1985) is a pioneering American football placekicker, recognized as the first woman to score a field goal in Indoor football for the Chicago Cardinals in the Continental Indoor Football League. She has an impressive seven-season career, noted as the longest documented in male-dominated professional leagues. Raised in Rockton, Illinois, she excelled in soccer and football at Hononegah Community High School, receiving a scholarship to Rockford College and later transferring to Benedictine University, where she achieved further athletic accolades.
