Julia Sommer, born on December 22, 1987, is an Estonian politician. She was elected as the interim leader of the Estonian United Left Party on November 16, 2018, and became the chairperson at the party congress in early December. Sommer ran for the Riigikogu in 2019 but was not elected. She also ran as the single candidate for the European Parliament from her party, receiving 221 votes but did not succeed. In January 2020, she was expelled from the party membership. In 2023, she again ran for Riigikogu but did not win.
