Josep Jo i Munné, born on August 28, 1956, in Dosrius, is a former Catalan trial motorcycle racer who excelled in national competitions during the late 1970s. He was the Spanish runner-up in the senior category in 1977. Later, he entered politics and served as the mayor of Dosrius from 1995 and again from 1999 to 2015, representing the Socialists' Party of Catalonia. He was also the president of the Maresme County Council from 1999 to 2003 and 2007 to 2011, and a member of the Barcelona Provincial Council from 2011 to 2015.
