Josep Àngel Saiz Meneses is a Catholic bishop born in 1956 in Sisante, Conca. He studied at the Major Seminary of Toledo and was ordained a priest in 1984. He served as secretary general and chancellor of the Archdiocese of Barcelona in 2000, and he became the titular bishop of Selemselae and auxiliary bishop of Barcelona in 2001. In 2004, he was appointed the first bishop of the newly established Diocese of Terrassa, serving until 2021. He is currently the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Seville, having taken office in April 2021.
