José Antonio Yépez Ortiz, also known as El Marro, The Sledgehammer, and The Brown, is a suspected Mexican drug trafficker and fuel thief who led the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel from 2017 to 2020. He was active in fuel theft and became a prominent figure in organized crime. By June 2020, however, his cartel suffered significant losses and was rendered inactive due to conflicts with rival groups. He was arrested on August 2, 2020, in Guanajuato and is currently held at a federal prison.
