Jonathan Marsden is an English former first-class cricketer born on April 7, 1993, in Pembury, Kent. The son of cricketer Robert Marsden, he was educated at The King's School, Macclesfield, and later at St Hilda's College, Oxford. He played first-class cricket for Oxford University from 2013 to 2017, scoring a total of 55 runs and taking 26 wickets. Notably, he had a five-wicket haul against Cambridge University in 2017. Marsden is also an all-round sportsman, playing rugby union for Oxford University RFC, and is currently a maths teacher and master-in-charge of cricket at Harrow School.
