Ulf Jonas Paulsson, born on May 11, 1972, in Täby, Stockholm County, is a Swedish entrepreneur, environmental activist, former municipal politician for the Green Party, and co-founder of the Animal Party. He studied engineering physics at KTH and started an IT consulting firm. Engaging in environmental activism since 2008, he initiated the Meat-free Monday campaign in Sweden. Elected to Täby municipal council in 2010, he later became an independent politician. A prominent figure in animal rights and health issues, he was one of the leaders of the Animal Party from 2014 to 2015.
