Jonas de Morais Correia Neto (1925-2015) was a Brazilian military officer born in Rio de Janeiro. He served as the Commander of the Southeast Military Command from May 6, 1988, to December 21, 1989. He was also Chief of the Armed Forces General Staff during the administrations of President José Sarney and President Fernando Collor de Mello, holding the position from January 5, 1990, to April 19, 1991. His father was a military officer and politician, contributing to Correia Neto's military legacy.
