John N. Wyhonic was an American football guard born on December 23, 1919, and passed away on July 19, 1989. He played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1946 to 1947 and in the AAFC for the Buffalo Bills from 1948 to 1949. Wyhonic played college football at Alabama and was drafted by the Eagles in the 14th round of the 1942 NFL draft. After serving in the Navy during World War II, he returned to the Eagles in 1946.
