He gained prominence after being crowned Mr. Gay World in 2017, making history as the first Filipino and Southeast Asian individual to achieve this title. Prior to his pageant success, Raspado was the grand champion of the I Am PoGay contest on ABS-CBN’s 'It's Showtime.'
