John B. Hogenesch is an American chronobiologist born on May 29, 1967. He serves as a Professor of Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. His research focuses on the genomic and computational aspects of mammalian clock genes to enhance understanding of circadian behavior. Hogenesch is the Deputy Director of the Center for Chronobiology and holds the title of Ohio Eminent Scholar. He also contributes to the Divisions of Perinatal Biology and Immunobiology within the same institution.
