Jodi Appelbaum-Steinbauer is a former professional tennis player from the United States, born on April 7, 1956. She achieved significant success in college tennis, winning the USTA national collegiate doubles championship in 1977. Additionally, she represented the USA at the 1977 Maccabiah Games in Israel, where she earned a bronze medal in singles and a silver medal in doubles. Appelbaum-Steinbauer played for the Miami Hurricanes and is a member of the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame.
