Jesudasu Seelam is an Indian politician affiliated with the Indian National Congress party. He served as a Member of Parliament representing Andhra Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha from 2004 to 2016. In addition, he held the position of Minister of State (Revenue) under the Ministry of Finance starting June 17, 2013. Before his political career, he was an Indian Administrative Service officer for the Karnataka cadre from 1984 to 1999.
