He earned his doctorate in 1935 and was known for his work as a mountaineer, regionalist, violinist, and violist. Młodziejowski was a composer and conductor, directing choirs and symphonic orchestras. Additionally, he was a music critic, journalist, and a public speaker on music, regional studies, and nature conservation. He passed away on May 7, 1985, in Poznań.
