Jeffrey W. Harrison is an American poet from Cincinnati, Ohio, educated at Columbia University. He studied under Kenneth Koch and David Shapiro. His poetry collections include 'Into Daylight' (2014) and 'The Names of Things: New & Selected Poems' (2006). His work has been featured in prominent literary journals such as The New Republic and The New Yorker. Harrison has received several honors, including Pushcart Prizes and a Guggenheim fellowship. He has taught at various institutions and is currently on the faculty of the Stonecoast MFA Program at the University of Southern Maine.
