Jean-Philippe Bernigaud (1932–2017) was a French publisher and artist, co-founder of Éditions Maspero in Paris and a friend of François Maspero. After serving in the military in Algeria, he became an opponent of French colonialism, gaining notoriety for exposing wartime atrocities and organizing distribution of banned Algerian literature.
