Jean Peters was a Luxembourgish model maker and ceramicist, born on December 8, 1902, in Luxembourg City and passing away on March 24, 1980. In 1927, he opened his own studio in Reckendall. He completed his master craftsman examination as a ceramicist in 1942. Peters created various containers and plates, as well as thousands of figurines made from new pottery clay.
