Jay Rhodemyre (June 29, 1923 – June 7, 1968) was a professional American football center who played in the NFL. Drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 1948 NFL draft, he played four seasons with the team. He attended the University of Kentucky, where he earned recognition by being elected to the 1948 College Football All Star Team and was a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity.
