Jan Fredrik Wiborg (1944–1994) was a Norwegian civil engineer known for his criticism of plans for Oslo's new airport at Gardermoen during the early 1990s. He alleged that the government misled parliament regarding the viability of the airport site at Hurumlandet. Wiborg died under suspicious circumstances in 1994, after falling from a hotel window in Copenhagen, and vital documents regarding the airport case disappeared. His death remains unexplained, leading to a journalistic investigation that won recognition in 1999.
