James E. Faulconer is an American philosopher known for his academic contributions as the former Richard L. Evans Professor of Philosophy at Brigham Young University (BYU). He has held leadership roles including director of BYU's London Centre and dean of undergraduate education. Additionally, he served as chair of the Philosophy Department at BYU. His affiliations include being a Fellow at the Wheatley Institution and a senior research fellow at the Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship.
