Jaime Garcia Goulart was a Portuguese bishop born on January 10, 1908, in Candelária do Pico, Portugal, and he passed away on April 15, 1997, in Ponta Delgada, Portugal. He was the first bishop of the Diocese of Dili in the former Portuguese colony of East Timor. Goulart served as the apostolic administrator from 1940 to 1942 and was consecrated as bishop on October 12, 1945, holding the position until January 31, 1967.
