John Robert Notley (1926–1994) was an Irish international rugby union player who played as a fly-half for Wanderers. He earned two caps for Ireland during the 1952 Five Nations, playing as a fullback against France and a centre against Scotland. Additionally, Notley showcased his versatility by playing cricket, representing Ireland in a two-day match against Worcestershire in 1958. He is also remembered for scoring the decisive drop-goal that led Kilkenny to victory in the Leinster Towns Cup final in 1959, marking him as a dual-international.
