Iwona Maria Książek (1944-2008) was a Polish librarian and activist known for her significant contributions to the field of libraries in Łódź. She worked at the Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna from 1966 to 1999, holding the position of head of the Special Collections Department. Książek was a member of the Polish Librarians' Association and participated in the founding committee of the NSZZ 'Solidarność' in Łódź. She was active in the underground structures during martial law and contributed to various publications. She received the Honorary Medal of the City of Łódź for her work.
